### **Robert Kincannon**

**Partner, Co-Founder**

With extensive experience in land management, business development, and asset management, Robert Kincannon is a driving force in the energy sector. His career spans leadership roles at some of the industry’s most respected organizations, including:

- **Tellurian Inc.** – Vice President of Land
- **Endeavor Energy Resources** – Vice President of Land
- **EP Energy** – Business Area Manager
- **El Paso E&P Company** – Manager, A&D and Business Development
- **Newfield Exploration**
- **Mobil E&P US**

Robert’s expertise in managing acquisitions, divestitures, and strategic asset development has played a critical role in shaping El Camino Energy’s mission. A proud alumnus of the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin, he holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Petroleum Land Management.

 

 

### **Craig Borque**

**Partner, Co-Founder**

Craig Borque brings many years of experience in finance and business development, with a proven track record of driving growth and innovation in the energy sector.   
His career highlights include:

- **Tejas Production Services** – Chief Financial Officer
- **Pilot Water Solutions** – Vice President of Corporate Development and Finance

Craig’s expertise in corporate finance, mergers, and acquisitions has been instrumental in creating El Camino Energy’s unique business model. A graduate of the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Business Honors, Craig combines strategic vision with financial acumen to lead the company forward.
